Today's habit is Early to Bed. Help me unpack this challenging habit. We will focus on our bedtime rituals.
As this is my most challenging habit, I would love your input on how to master this habit and how to break the pattern of chronic insomnia.
I personally go through periods of great sleep patterns, and then all hell breaks loose and my inner rebel takes over.
Consistent deep sleep is our goal. We will practice setting up a restorative pose and pranayama and mantra practices to calm your nervous system down.
Make agreements with yourself and your housemates around bedtime. to support your well-being.
