Is your sleep quietly undermining your ability to run your club? So good to see some of you on the Early to Bed call on Monday with @Nina Saacks and me 💛How has your week been since? From here on out, this is where you’ll find us — leading the Club Thrive habit calls on the first and third Monday of each month. We’re genuinely excited to step into this role and support you in building the rhythms that let you show up fully… in your life and in your club. Here’s why this matters. As coaches (and especially as club builders), it’s easy — almost normal — to put our own habits on the back burner while we “get things off the ground.” We hustle. We push. We tell ourselves we’ll circle back to sleep, food, and nervous system care later. And yet… those are the very things that make it possible to: - take brave action - have sales conversations - lean into our edges - connect, network, and build real momentum The “boots-on-the-ground, ignore-my-body” approach usually backfires. Quietly at first. Then loudly. I’ve lived this. When I neglected my sleep, my energy dropped, my motivation faded, and the work I loved started to feel heavy. That’s not a personal failure — it’s physiology. And the good news? You get to write a different story. These habit calls are an invitation to build your business from a regulated, resourced body — one small, doable habit at a time. So come play with us. Join us on the first and third Mondays as we work with the habits that support and sustain the club you’re here to build. I’m here for you. 12pm ET on a Wednesday or Friday would work for me - I’d love to touch-base with everyone but with working part-time and other commitments, along with being in a time zone (London/UK) that doesn’t mesh well with the calendar I realise my needs don’t match everyone else’s.
Who wants practice? Wellness pros….
