@Valerie Hwang Beck I think I would go for free trail...that would attract me more than a rebate...I have to sit and get my mind wrapped around it all, they're kinda the same thing, ya? Just different ways of presenting and wording the offer?

Heavy menses information and habit help
Hi everyone. I have a prospect on the line who has dealt with heavy menses for 15 years, since she turned 10 years old. She took the brave step of discontinuing hormonal pills last January and is now considering joining my club for on-going support. If you have information on how the habits have assisted transitioning from menorrhagia to regulation, please share so that I may connect with her more deeply on this point.

Herbs can help, I've been experiencing heavier/longer bleeding with perimenopause and been including these ones on the daily ...raspberry leaf tea, nettles and yellow dock teas as well, both are high in iron and strengthens blood vessels, low iron can also potentially increase bleeding. Herbs like Shepards purse, yarrow, and cinnamon can be helpful in slowing bleeding.Vitamin C in the form of buffered ascorbic acid has also been know to reduce bleeding
