Transformational Framework?
I'm curious if anyone here follows a specific framework for the transformational journey in their club. With my background in L & D I think a lot about how people learn, but as a coach I am not more interested in how people transform (as we know, information does not automatically equal transformation). I was introduced to Theory U from the Presencing Institute, but would love to hear from members of this community if they follow a specific approach.

OPENING DOORS TO CLUB THIS WEEK and have questions

@Lynn Beck Hi Lynn! Do we have any resources for actually RUNNING the club and the customer experience once they sign up. Besides just AI .In my WPA TRACKER under the WPA System tab every single link under competnecies I click on goes to 404 Error. I'm trying to find guidance/lessons on the above. Sounds like I may not be the only one looking for this?

YES! I have alot of this but not all. A few us have been talking about ongoing for a whole year - I know alot of this will be dictated by our club but have a master plan . framework could be helpful. We have TONS on sales, leads, assets etc but more on once they are in...could be helpful. What the heck is Activation - sounds AI - ish ? 😉 Simple is good and helpful. I find too much of the AI become really heady, startegy based and not organic or heart centered. I guess it's just how it is and we have to give it the "Humanity" 😆

email automation
I am wondering if anyone has a method for email automation that is free and easy. I do not want to pay for another subscription right now because I am new to all of this and it is not necessary for me at the moment. Any suggestions would be helpful!

I use KIT (formally Convertkit) - it is paid but it takes care of ALL my emails/ automations/ sequences/ tracking subscribers (open/click rates etc). They have fantastic trainings and a great support staff to answer questions. I pay annually. I've used Mailchimp in the past but prefer Kit for it's customer support. The only way I know to email for free is staright up email/gmail...

Some emotional support
My dearest WPA friends, I am in need of some moral support as I prepare to go to this Anusara Yoga Conference in San Francisco next week. I have been offered 2 non-prime-time teaching slots at 7:00am. I live in NYC; that means I have to get up at 4:00am Eastern Standard Time to teach a class that is not being livestreamed or featured. They are meditation classes. I have been invited to teach one asana class with 3 other teachers at the end of the conference. This sounds so petty to me, but my ego is taking a bit of a beating here. My background is I was one of the teachers that helped to save Anusara after our teacher, John Friend, left. This is the first conference since 2012 that I have been given non-prime time slots. It is a huge amount of time off and sacrifice for so little exposure. I agreed to these terms, but part of me wishes I had just said no and shown up as a student. Some of the "star teachers" have been given 2 or 3 prime-time classes. How can I frame this as a win and not a demotion in my position in the community? These star teachers will bring people in. I have no following on the West Coast. It makes sense, but I want to go with a full heart and not this feeling of lack. I LOVE everything shared in here. Such wise wisdom. I love the reframes. Just one thing to add that I've learned over the years is really connecting to your inner voice. Getting quiet, noticing the difference between the mindthoughts (stories, limiting beliefs, ego....) and your truest voice - and inner wisdom. Noticing where the energy is stuck in your body and releasing it with breath. Giving it a shape, weight, color...releasing it. Getting beyond the mind and asking your inner voice "is it true." AND what Elizabeth said about boundaries, I agree. Asking for what is true and right for you is only something you can do. You will bring your light, your wisdom and your expertise in the room to serve whomever shows up and that's being a healer and living your purpose - no matter the time, the # of people or even the $. All lessons learned for next time. 🥰
