Elevator pitch same as advantage language?
Hi friends, I am starting to pick up quite a few clients from my yoga studio as they come up to me after class to chat. As I start to talk casually about 1:1's and my offer I'm wondering if anyone has created (or maybe its in club and I haven't gotten there yet) a statement that is shorter than a pitch deck, to explain what "Spiritual Healing and Theta healing is". I'm stumbling over my words a little and maybe I just need to get clearer on my advantage language or maybe there's a summary of a sales pitch? Or do I take these convo's I'm having and ask them to book a discovery call right in that moment? Instead of booking them for a free beta session because I am looking for practice right now.

@Cate Stillman thanks for this! I can see where I’ve been lingering with people a little longer than necessary. I think partially as the nature of the beast of energy/soul healing work not being the most casual thing to chat about or explain. It sounds like letting them know I may be able to help with what’s coming up for them and asking to schedule a time together would be a great next step.

@Lynn Beck yes! This clarifies it, I still need to do as Cate said and practice the “what I do”. As far as advantage language- am I talking about how I’m the best at it or does that get automatically illustrated as I “sell the vacation”?
BUILD YOUR CLASSROOM: What questions are you thinking about?
For those of you working on Building Your Classroom, what questions are you thinking about right now? I'm curious about what's on your mind and where you might feel stuck. You can also join me this Friday, as we do Part 2 of reflecting on 2025 and look towards revising for 2026.

Hi Jennifer, I plan to attend this friday. I am wondering if there's a sweet spot of "time" that each module of your classroom takes? For example, I'm currently running a Chakra series at my yoga studio and virtual, so I'm recording them. They are 1 hour each. So there will be 7 hours of content that will ultimately be part of my classroom. Is there an average, does it matter? What feels overwhelming and what's just right for what people expect coming into club?
Time management
Hey everyone! I’m really digging into time blocking. Thank you again @Lynn Beck for this video: https://youtu.be/IbVUxbSQtGk?si=uLQbG3meRd9JyEYH And @Patrick Garlinger for your tough love ❤️ on the topic! Totally appreciate it! We talked about blocking every task on your calendar instead of a to do list. I just came across this app (screenshot below)and wondered if anyone else uses this or something other than Google calendar which is what I currently use w/ some color coding for meetings and events, but currently writing down to dos (for my studio and festival). I know this might sound really basic for some, but it’s how I’ve slipped so far behind in WPA because I haven’t adopted a system to lock in my time around building assets and watching videos. I’m really looking to get back on track and would love to hear how others stay organized and on task and BONUS if you geek out over it and it’s FUN! I also use Notion for organizing notes and dumping AI responses.

Naming my Club/Structuring my Community
I'm having second thoughts on my club name and would like some feedback. My business name is Sonora Sol Embodied Living LLC. For years I have held Women's Circles under the collective name Sacred Sonoran Sisterhood. When I launched my Fall Reset as a lead into the club, I created a free community under the Sisterhood name. I thought this would be a good hub to invite people to stay connected between in person events. I will also host one free Moon Circle a month here and intend to draw people in with free content and then encourage engagement among members. Now comes in my actual club- The Vital Femme Frequency. I was intending to use this as the paid membership, accessed within the Sacred Sonoran Sisterhood, as a "paid access only course" through the classroom. I've heard that @Cate Stillman , you don't recommend this free community style and instead encourage us to go out and find our people in hubs, which is totally understandable. I also started considering what you've said about members shortening the name and well, Vital Femme Frequency doesn't have a great nick name in my opinion. I'm not married to the name, and actually the "sacred" and "sisterhood" say a lot about the collective nature of the club model. If I were to drop the free community though, would anyone have suggestions on what to do with the members in the free community? Do I just create a whole new skool, start discussions with the current Sisterhood members about the paid version? Thank you! Feeling a lot of layers intertwining here, lol.

@Meghann Jacobs I have a similar issue with “Kula” in my current business branding. I have Mountain Kula Yoga, Kula Yoga Fest which now has a sub name of “Camp Kula”, and club was going to be “Conscious Kula”. I have wavered on that name a lot because many wont know that Kula means community. But at the same time I already have brand recognition with the 2 brands of the studio and festival. I think it’s all or nothing keep using words that fit with Sonoran, Sacred, and sisterhood because thats how people know you and you already see a future continuing that name & it builds consistency. Or make a full intentional shift. Happy to chat more about this!
What is Detox Certification?
Hi everyone! I’m trying to show up to live meetings more, but need to be efficient with my time, as I’m sure we all do. I’m unclear on what happens in Detox Certification calls and if I can benefit from it. There will an intro to Ayurveda in my club, with the primary focus on spiritual healing. Thank you for any insight you can provide.

@Lynn Beck Hi! I had another meeting today at the exact same time so I couldn’t attend. I cannot find where it talks about it in the club guide.
