Great call! Working on my 2026 calendar now and getting all of my events/SME's set up.
Why Trauma Isn’t What You Think — and What Healing Actually Looks Like
In this week’s conversation inside Wellness Pro Academy, @Cate Stillman deep dives with @Elizabeth Stauder who dropped a reframe that landed deep for all of us: “Trauma is unintegrated resource.” Not a flaw. Not a weakness. Not something “done to you.” It’s what happens when something moves too fast, too intensely, or without the right support — and a part of your inner wiring gets disconnected from its original source of safety, belonging, or power. Elizabeth explains that healing isn’t about re-hashing the story or dissecting what was “wrong.”It’s about finding your way back to the resource you were severed from — the womb-space energy, the deep belonging, the inner pulse that got cut off. When that reconnection happens? The unhealthy patterns don’t need to be “fixed.” The compensations don’t need to be forced. The old survival strategies naturally fall away. Because your system finally has what it lacked: integration. This is why community, co-regulation, and the club model matter so much in our work as Wellness Pros. We’re not just guiding people through protocols — we’re helping them return to the inner resource that was lost. Trauma dissolves when connection returns. And that’s the power of the work we do together. What part of this landed for you the most? PODCAST - Youtube | Libsyn | Website

How does your Calendar 🗓️ look for next week?
I’ve generally been the type of person who manages time pretty well (or so I thought), but after reading just 42 pages of the book, Slow Productivity by Cal Newport, I’m now realizing there’s always room for improvement—and more importantly, room for a shift in how we think about time. ✨✨Mind set shift alert!!✨✨ I recently stumbled upon a few videos with Call Newport that really are changing the game for me, and I think they’ll help if you’re someone who struggles with managing your time. One of my more recent favorites is by Leila Hormozi, where she talks about organizing your calendar into “Maker” and “Manager” time. It’s an approach that makes balancing deep work and day-to-day tasks much more manageable. I'm realizing that operating in a hybrid role requires me to have more calendar integrity because of the switching of roles. Here are a couple takeaways as previews to what additional gems you may find in the content. 🎥 ✨ Takeaway 1: If a task is time-specific, it goes on the calendar. If not, you have the flexibility to work it in when it makes sense for you. ✨ Takeaway 2: Divide your time into "Maker" (deep work) and "Manager" (meetings, emails, quick tasks) blocks. Once you’ve set that structure, it’s a lot easier to prioritize what needs to get done. Time management can feel overwhelming because life happens, but trust me, starting with small changes like these can make a huge difference.

@Lynne Taillefer I will also watch over weekend. Thank you Lynn!
Cate is reading my mind! Again.
So I finally ran out of excuses and sat my butt in my chair at my desk and clicked on "Build Your Classroom Binge." I don't know why I've been so scared of this - I mean, I do; I really don't want to create videos! - and that has held me back for literally months. MONTHS! So I had to laugh when the first thing Cate said was, "So people tend to freak out about classrooms." LOL YES. And then she obliterated all my anxiety about it with the overarching takeaway, which was that we don't have to create everything from scratch. OHHHHH!!!! And Halle-freaking-lujah!! She ended with "Don't overthink it; just take massive action." That I can do!! So I'm putting it out there that my goal is to get an initial classroom built out before I leave town for Thanksgiving on November 20th. Thank you, @Cate Stillman! : ) : )
