Track For Success | Tracker & Project Management Session
Meeting Recap: 10-28-2025 | Session by @Lynn Beck In this week’s WPA Tracker Session, the focus was on mastering organization, improving accountability, and streamlining lead and project tracking systems. The call centered around completing one-pagers, updating asset trackers, and integrating efficient systems for managing leads, free talks, and club rosters. Lynn guided participants through the core project management tools, emphasizing the importance of maintaining up-to-date trackers and clearly defined workflows. The discussion also touched on upcoming daylight saving time changes, Club Thrive TV podcast updates, and the value of finding accountability partners to stay consistent. The conversation expanded into lead management and hub collaboration strategies, highlighting how detailed tracking can reveal valuable patterns in engagement and conversion. Participants were encouraged to adapt their trackers to reflect personalized systems — aligning with ongoing collaborations and outreach priorities. A special note was made about co-branded partnerships and hub clarity, ensuring that each participant identifies which relationships drive meaningful growth versus those that serve awareness or networking purposes. Next Steps: - Update core assets, lead trackers, and club roster information. - Incorporate tracker updates into weekly planning sessions. - Add newly engaged leads from GoHighLevel for closer follow-up. - Schedule consistent time blocks for planning and tracker review. This session was a reminder that consistent tracking isn’t just admin — it’s the foundation for clarity, confidence, and business momentum. Watch Full Session : VIMEO

@Meghann Jacobs thank you! glad it resonates since neuro-spicy is one of my specialties :)
Question.
I am leading a 2-week cleanse and scheduled 5 live calls. I had people for the first 3 calls. The 4th call was a no-show. My inclination is to not bring attention to the no-show scheduled meeting. I have one more call scheduled on the last day of the cleanse. I hope to get some of them there. Any advice on how to get them to join in on my last call? @Cate Stillman @Lynn Beck @Samantha Moe @Carman Murray @Nina Pullella @Nina Saacks

@Jacalyn Prete if you have numbers i'd text a check-in Q to engage them. What's working/ what's not? After a response, I'd phrase a message on how what you're covering on the last call will offer a solution to the what's not... (apologies if i'm too late on seeing this!) If no response at all, I'd still text to join the call and share what solutions you'll cover (particularly bc they're stuck somewhere in the unfolding. do you have a sense where? not in terms of your biz process but in terms of emotional overwhelm/ symptoms?)

Testimonial request templates
Thanks @Samantha Moe for sharing this insightful template for testimonial requests on the collab call today Here’s the email follow up my admin sends after I verbally ask if a parent is willing to share a bit of their story: It sounds like you talked to Samantha about doing a Google Review for her. Your review greatly helps parents seeking to answer the question, "What might parent coaching do for my family?" Would you be able to complete that today? Use these sentence starters to keep it simple: I decided to get help because the things I/we were struggling with were... What this [unsolved challenge] felt like at the time was... What I liked about this program that was different about other things I tried is... I realized my/our challenges were being solved when ____ changed (share a specific example)... Now, life is better in these ways.... What's possible for my future (and the others in my life) is... Don't worry about your answers being perfect. Speak from your heart. Your thoughts RIGHT NOW are good enough (and supports others!). How to Post a Google Review in 1-minute or Less: Click here to leave a Google Review for Mad2Glad Click on Write a Review (right side of the page). Click on the number of stars you would like to add to your rating. Add your review of your experience with Mad2Glad. Click "Post". Thank you for sharing the love! Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything I can help you with.
