Build Your Classroom | Program Design & Wellness Curriculum
Meeting Recap : 12-5-2025 | Session by @Jennifer White Today’s meeting explored a wide range of education and wellness programs—covering online courses, speaking engagements, content structure, and experiential teaching methods. A key theme emerged: real transformation happens through practice, not overwhelming people with research-heavy lessons. The conversation shifted into designing a sobriety-focused program centered on EFT, with thoughtful planning around assessment, onboarding, group safety, session structure, and how to gradually layer in hypnosis and energy medicine once participants are stabilized. We also discussed content flow, member experience, and the importance of flexible but intentional curriculum design. Next Steps• Select overview videos for EFT, hypnosis, and energy medicine • Create/onboard members with a LifeWheel assessment • Draft themes for the first weeks (starting with EFT for cravings + everyday stress) • Request permission if using Donna Eden’s 5-minute routine • Begin enrolling 5 participants for launch by end of February • Create intake + permission processes for library recordings • Plan quarterly LifeWheel reassessment for tracking progress • Consider integrating habit formation as a standalone module or woven theme• Exchange values information needed for program alignment Watch Full Session Here : VIMEO

@Virginia White so glad! Nice to see you on the call :)
Sales Call Progress 🙌
Thank you @Cate Stillman for providing us with that 3-part sales call framework. It has actually made a huge difference in increasing sales calls for me. Just today I did two sales calls and ended each with a BAMFAM. One person who is a complete stranger and have completed two sales calls using the framework, so next call should be enrollment (fingers crossed!). Another is a former club member that dropped out early in the game. Using our training and my pitch deck as support I was able to get A LOT deeper into her pain and challenges than before. And that seemed to do the trick! I'm feeling some momentum with this. Also, because there is less pressure to close in one call, it makes the DMs/emails I'm sending to people a lot lighter and probably approachable. I have another sales call on Friday with another prospect. Hooray~! I want to know - is anyone getting into the sales process? I'd love to hear how your experience has been and what works for you. Or...if you're not getting sales calls, what do you feel like is holding you back?

@Valerie Hwang Beck Can you share which training/call this was? I'd love to go listen to it.
BUILD YOUR CLASSROOM: What questions are you thinking about?
For those of you working on Building Your Classroom, what questions are you thinking about right now? I'm curious about what's on your mind and where you might feel stuck. You can also join me this Friday, as we do Part 2 of reflecting on 2025 and look towards revising for 2026.

@Laura Erickson each classroom is different depending on how much “teaching” is involved. Some clubs require more content because members need more background information in order for them to understand and practice competencies. This is something we can definitely talk about Friday. We may also want to review your 1hour workshops to see if they can me broken down into smaller “chunks”

@Virginia White Good question! With three main modules, there are a few ways you can structure them. You can do weekly, monthly or quarterly. Without knowing much about your content, it may be hard for me to help you decide online, but these are a couple of questions to think about. If you do it weekly, what happens if someone misses a week? Will they be behind? If you do them weekly, will it move slow enough for people to take in and practice? Will the practices shift/deepen/expand with each new presentation of the modality? One advantage to doing them week-by-week is that members get variety right from the beginning. One benefit of doing them by the month is that if they miss a week, they still get some content and practice on that modality. If you can't make the call on Friday, I'd be happy to set up a 1:1 with you so that you can talk me through what you are thinking and I can help you choose the best structure for these modules. Hopefully these questions and initial thoughts give you something to mull over.
Human Design - Anyone else use Human Design
As a GENERATOR I was reminded to do this this week and this message could NOT be more clear as I work on Sales Pitch Deck, Club Guide, and Reaching out to prospects. I love it when the universe literally has your back. "Deep dive into what’s been calling you. You know that feeling when you're working on something and time just disappears? That's Gate 9 at its best, and this week you have extra access to it. As a Generator, you're already built for depth. Gate 9 only amplifies that, giving you an extra boost of concentration and attention to detail. This is a beautiful week to finally let yourself get absorbed in something that's been calling you. Is there a project, task, or creative pursuit your gut has been saying yes to? Something you’ve been wanting to give more space to? Give yourself permission to set everything else aside for a moment and dive deep. Trust that the space you create for deep work will be richer and more rewarding than you can imagine. 👉 Set aside focused time this week—whether it's 20 minutes or 3 hours—to dive into something your gut has been pulling you toward. Notice what shifts when you give it your full attention."

Build Your Classroom | Coaching Curriculum & Enrollment Model
Meeting Recap : 11-28-2025 | Session by @Jennifer White The conversation explored simplifying the structure, introducing optional tracks, and strengthening the blend of lessons, meditation, and somatic coaching. Even with some tech hiccups, the discussion moved forward with clarity on restructuring, pacing, and preparing for a refreshed program rollout in the new year. This session centered around troubleshooting tech issues while diving deeply into restructuring a coaching program for greater clarity and sustainability. The conversation covered transitioning between modules, supporting multiple levels of participant growth, and designing a program that balances learning with embodiment practices. The restructuring explored adding an optional Dharma-focused track, expanding somatic alchemy sessions, and simplifying the core lesson flow so participants can progress at a more natural pace. There was also discussion around scheduling, pacing, and determining when new participants should be welcomed into the journey. The session emphasized creating a container that supports nervous system regulation, deeper integration, and a more spacious rhythm for future cohorts. Plans for a renewed year included repeating key lessons with upgraded resources, expanding experiential coaching, and offering optional strategy-based sessions for those building life projects or identities beyond entrepreneurship. Overall, the meeting created a clear path forward: a more streamlined structure, a more intentional entry point for new enrollments, and a well-defined blend of guidance, reflection, and somatic practice to support evolution in the year ahead.
