Increasing Motivation...
My motivation has been low these past few weeks. Lots of healing is going on. I'm getting so much better at listening to my body and leading from that space instead of the push-through mind space.
This morning, I was practicing my book chapter for my audio, and my body was telling me it wanted to move. Weight lifting has been a hard no for my body right now, so I leaned into the desire to do a headstand and used this video of 's as inspiration. 20 minute yoga practice. It has always been one of my favourites. And I surprised myself and did the whole thing. I feel great! Off to do a 9DMT Trip breath workshop. :) When I get home, I'll record my chapter and send out a couple of emails.
