INDIA?
I want to take my daughter to India NEXT year. I'd love any advise, suggestions of places to stay, people to study yoga/Ayurveda with or ANYTHING at all. 🙏

I was in India for 3 months in 2024. Pune, Rishikesh, Hyderabad and Goa. Did Ayurvedic treatments, temple visits, tiger safari. Traveled alone without any issues. If you stay in one place for a week, there will likely be a place to a nice series of Ayurvedic treatments. Without doing the full Panchakarma. As you finetune where, let me know if you want to chat.

QUIZ
I'd love some feedback on A Dosha Quiz I created a few years ago geared towards adult women. I've never really asked for feedback and what a better crew then YOU. That was fun! It covered all the main areas including dream styles and finances. I liked the questions creating caricatures. It was creative and clever and brought some humor into the quiz. There is a formatting issue on the landing page. The quiz button link is a bit overlapping the last line of text. I didn't do a deep analysis...this is my gut reaction. If you want more depth, I could retake.... Kudos to you on this.

They are stifled, depressed, or at a crossroads and want a "seamless experience" rather than an adversarial battle. Insight to See How Your Time Is Really Spent
After every 60–90 minute block, I write down what I really worked on — not what I planned to work on. I use the calendar block as the container and list the specific activities inside it. This gives me a clear record of where my focus, energy, and progress actually went. It’s simple and can change how I plan the next block. Try it for a day and notice what shifts.
