Breakfast choice: 3 boiled eggs โœ… 500ml on waking: โœ… Water before meals: โœ…โœ…โœ… Total glasses: 10 Gratitude Day 9 ๐Ÿค 1.Iโ€™m grateful for being consistent and following through on this journey 2. Iโ€™m grateful for completing 10k steps today 3. Iโ€™m grateful for my life and my family Steps: 10300 / 10000 โœ… Proof post uploaded: โœ… Changes I feel: I am feeling a lot of changes in my routine like Iโ€™m feeling way more energetic than before, my mood is improving and I am not having a lot of cravings, sometimes I do crave for something but I can manage that. I have started doing some effort for myself (I wasnโ€™t able to do it before), like everyone was sleeping and I was completing my steps. I didnโ€™t had this energy before. I am really thankful for this community for being able to help me and so many others.
