Ramadan in a desi house hits different… Kitchen starts preparing iftar 3 hours early 🍳Someone keeps “just tasting” the food 👀 Alarm ringing in short saying “uth jao sb 😂” every 10 minutes And the table looks like a wedding buffet by maghrib 🥟🍹 But real Ramadan lesson is deeper than food. We plan, we prepare, we try our best —yet remember: Allah Pak asbāb paida karnay wala hai, sabab ka muhtāj nahi. 🤍 We take action, but results come from Him. So this Ramadan: ✨ Make effort without stress ✨ Eat with gratitude, not excess ✨ Trust the process, not perfection ✨ Focus on discipline with shukr Your small consistent efforts matter — even the ones nobody sees. All family members are busy in their routines,barely get time to catch up, but when Ramadan comes,suddenly everyone's got a schedule.Iftar time are the best, everyone comes together, and it's like the whole family's reconnecting 💕. Ramadan days are indeed the best!👍😇

Assalam o alikum ☺ I'm Arisha Saeed from Karachi. I'm a student of Bs Computer Science. 20 years old, 4'11" and 62 kg. I have PCOS since I hit puberty ,I had been through many homeopathic medicines and from past 7 months I have shifted to allopathic, doctor prescribed me diane-35 and glucophage. My sleep cycle is disturb, hirsutism, fatigue, bloating low energy and I'm facing sudden weight gain. My goal is to loose fat and fix my routine .struggling to loose my fat and I start things but can't get stick to it.
