Assalam walakum Meal and workout log . I was completely wiped out after my abs workout today .Alhumdulilah though for everything .๐Ÿคฒ How are you all though . Been seeing peopleโ€™s weight loss progress โ€ฆ well done to all of you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. Am not going to step on the scale until before Eid In sha Allah.๐Ÿซฃ
