I just reached level 2 and ohh my goodness I am just loving it, I am a fitness trainer,training clients and challenging them always but this time I want to challenge my self once more and want to be added in a community of like minded people. Tsk team hats off to you people

Hi, I am Aish Noor. I am a 22-year-old student. My height is 5’5” and my current weight is 80 kg. I want to lose weight and get in shape. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS, but after treatment and lifestyle changes, I have recovered. Main issue: My main concern now is losing weight and achieving a healthy, fit body.
