Even 60% effort is still progress. Show up gently. Stay consistent. Your energy will come back — and so will your momentum

I am grateful for my complete body though its a bit out of shape but I'll definitely make it better I am grateful for showing up today for myself I am grateful I found this platform and its helping me alot staying motivated
