Suhoor: Banana/ berry oats and 1 boiled egg. Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glass of warm water with chia seeds. 5-6 spoons of black Chana salad n shredded chicken cucumber sandwich. Post iftar walk: 20 min✅️ Dinner: chicken wrap (whole wheat roti with ghee) with salad. Water intake : 4 glasses uptil now and going on.....
