صرف وزن کم کرنے کا نام نہیں، یہ خود سے وعدے نبھانے کا سفر ہے۔ میں تھک تو گئی ہوں… کئی بار آنکھوں میں آنسو بھی آئے، دل نے ہار ماننے کو کہا، مگر میں نے خود کا ہاتھ نہیں چھوڑا۔ رفتار سست ہے، لیکن نیت سچی ہے۔ ہر دن خود کو تھوڑا سا بہتر بنانے کی کوشش ہے۔ جلدی کا کام شیطان کا ہوتا ہے، اس لیے اب صبر سیکھ رہی ہوں… آہستہ کھانا، آہستہ جینا، اور خود سے محبت کرنا۔ یا اللہ! مجھے ثابت قدم رکھ، مجھے ہمت دے کہ میں یہ سفر مکمل کر سکوں۔ 🤍 یہ سفر مشکل ضرور ہے، مگر میں اکیلی نہیں ہوں، اور میں ہاری بھی نہیں۔ 🌸
