The Last 10 Days of Ramadan: Make Them Count
We’ve entered the most powerful part of Ramadan. The last 10 nights are not ordinary nights. They are the nights where destinies are written, sins are forgiven, and hearts are transformed. Some people will finish Ramadan tired. Others will finish Ramadan changed. The difference is not luck. It’s intention. For the past days we may have: • Slept more than planned • Missed some focus in prayer • Overeaten at iftar • Felt low energy But the beauty of Ramadan is that it always gives you another chance. And the last 10 days? They are that chance. These are the nights of: ✨ Laylatul Qadr — a night better than a thousand months ✨ Deeper connection with Allah ✨ Quiet reflection ✨ Powerful duas You don’t need perfection. You need presence. Pray even if it’s short. Make dua even if your words are simple. Recite Qur’an even if it’s a few verses. Because sincerity matters more than quantity. Also remember: Your physical health supports your worship. So keep things simple: • Eat light at iftar • Hydrate well • Protect your sleep • Reduce distractions • Spend less time scrolling and more time reflecting This is not the time to slow down. This is the time to lock in spiritually. Ramadan is leaving soon. And once it leaves, we will wish for one more night… one more dua… one more opportunity. So make these 10 nights count. Not perfectly. But sincerely. 🤲 What is one act of worship you’re committing to in the last 10 days? Share it below and hold yourself accountable

These last 10 nights are truly a chance to reset our hearts. May Allah accept our prayers, duas, and efforts. Ameen.”
Your Body Is Not the Enemy
Somewhere along the journey, many people start believing that their body is the problem. The stomach becomes the enemy. The thighs become the enemy. The number on the scale becomes the enemy. But your body? Your body has been working for you the entire time. It digests the food you eat. It carries you through long days. It survives stress, exhaustion, sleepless nights, and emotional battles you rarely talk about. And yet we stand in front of the mirror and reduce it to: “Not good enough.” Body positivity is not pretending you never want to improve. Wanting to become healthier is valid. Wanting to feel lighter, stronger, more confident is valid. But hating your body into change rarely works. Real transformation happens when you shift the mindset from: “I need to punish my body.” to “I need to support my body.” Instead of asking: “How do I make my body smaller?” Start asking: “How do I make my body stronger, healthier, and more supported?” Feed it properly. Let it rest. Move it regularly. Speak about it with respect. Your body is not an obstacle to overcome. It is the vehicle that carries you through life. And the more respect you give it, the better it will respond. Progress doesn’t begin with criticism. It begins with care. Because the goal was never just weight loss. The goal is a body that feels good to live in.

This is such a powerful reminder. Our bodies deserve care, not criticism.
Day 17 – Ramadan Log 🌙⚡
Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, 250g yogurt, 2 sandwiches. Day: Mostly work. But one realization hit today — Ramadan shouldn’t become an excuse for laziness. It should actually make us more disciplined and intentional. Iftar: Chana chaat, Some fruit (melon + an apple). Pre-workout: Black coffee ☕ Post-gym: 2 chicken sandwiches with dal shami inside, 2 scoops Anabolic Mass. Consistency maintained. Today’s Realization I read something today that hit hard: “Every time you miss a chance, someone less talented but more consistent is outgrowing you 10× faster.” And that’s the truth most people don’t want to face. Success rarely belongs to the most talented person. It belongs to the most consistent executor. Potential is dangerous if you don’t use it. Because unused potential slowly turns into regret. Many people know what to do. Very few actually execute daily. So the real question isn’t: “Am I capable?” The real question is: “Am I actually doing the work my potential demands?” Thinking doesn’t build anything. Planning doesn’t build anything. Execution does. Ramadan reminder for myself: Less overthinking. More doing. Because somewhere out there, someone with less talent is working harder — and that alone can outgrow you. See you tomorrow. 💪

Ramadan – Day 15 Log
Yesterday was honestly very hard on both my physical and mental health. Today started quietly. Sehri: 3 boiled eggs and tea. Simple. Nourishing. Enough to get through the fast. After that I prayed and went back to sleep. But when I woke up… I still didn’t feel okay. There was this strange heaviness. Anxiety. A suffocating feeling. One of those days where even standing up feels like effort. Because of that, I didn’t go to the office today. I knew my body and mind needed a pause. Sometimes we push through everything. But sometimes the most responsible thing you can do is acknowledge your limits. Later in the day I woke up again and recited a little Qur’an. Not a lot. Just enough to reconnect. Then I slowly started iftar preparations. Thankfully, my husband helped a lot today because I genuinely couldn’t manage everything alone. And sometimes support like that becomes the biggest blessing of the day. Right now, I’m feeling a little better. Not perfect. But better. And today left me with one strong thought: No matter how hard the fall is, what matters is whether you get back up or not. Because starting again — even slowly — is something only winners do. Ramadan is not about being perfect every day. Some days you thrive. Some days you survive. But if you keep returning, keep praying, keep trying again… That’s what truly counts. Day 15 reflection: Progress is not “never falling.” Progress is always getting back up. If today felt heavy for you too, you’re not alone. Drop a 🌙 if you’re still showing up despite the hard days. Drop a 🤲 if you need extra duas tonight.
