Day 17 β Ramadan Log πβ‘
Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, 250g yogurt, 2 sandwiches. Day: Mostly work. But one realization hit today β Ramadan shouldnβt become an excuse for laziness. It should actually make us more disciplined and intentional. Iftar: Chana chaat, Some fruit (melon + an apple). Pre-workout: Black coffee β Post-gym: 2 chicken sandwiches with dal shami inside, 2 scoops Anabolic Mass. Consistency maintained. Todayβs Realization I read something today that hit hard: βEvery time you miss a chance, someone less talented but more consistent is outgrowing you 10Γ faster.β And thatβs the truth most people donβt want to face. Success rarely belongs to the most talented person. It belongs to the most consistent executor. Potential is dangerous if you donβt use it. Because unused potential slowly turns into regret. Many people know what to do. Very few actually execute daily. So the real question isnβt: βAm I capable?β The real question is: βAm I actually doing the work my potential demands?β Thinking doesnβt build anything. Planning doesnβt build anything. Execution does. Ramadan reminder for myself: Less overthinking. More doing. Because somewhere out there, someone with less talent is working harder β and that alone can outgrow you. See you tomorrow. πͺ
