Day 17 – Ramadan Log πŸŒ™βš‘
Sehri: 2 boiled eggs, 250g yogurt, 2 sandwiches. Day: Mostly work. But one realization hit today β€” Ramadan shouldn’t become an excuse for laziness. It should actually make us more disciplined and intentional. Iftar: Chana chaat, Some fruit (melon + an apple). Pre-workout: Black coffee β˜• Post-gym: 2 chicken sandwiches with dal shami inside, 2 scoops Anabolic Mass. Consistency maintained. Today’s Realization I read something today that hit hard: β€œEvery time you miss a chance, someone less talented but more consistent is outgrowing you 10Γ— faster.” And that’s the truth most people don’t want to face. Success rarely belongs to the most talented person. It belongs to the most consistent executor. Potential is dangerous if you don’t use it. Because unused potential slowly turns into regret. Many people know what to do. Very few actually execute daily. So the real question isn’t: β€œAm I capable?” The real question is: β€œAm I actually doing the work my potential demands?” Thinking doesn’t build anything. Planning doesn’t build anything. Execution does. Ramadan reminder for myself: Less overthinking. More doing. Because somewhere out there, someone with less talent is working harder β€” and that alone can outgrow you. Iftar day 17
1date with almond and cream filled 2 chicken samosa,1-2 pakora 1 fruit chat bowl,half channa chat bowl and some fruit pieces Dinner : chicken biryani and shami kabab Did cheating drank mint margarita in iftar as it was iftar party at home ,but all ate mindfully Hydration 2.5 glass not so good today.. 20min post meal walk βœ…
