Eat a lot today 😁 🤭 1 Samosa ,little amount of fruit chat ,1 kabab 1 katori Dahi bhala And then little of kunafa custard. But in a portion control Post iftar a cup of chai without sugar.

What is the reason of weight gain insted of losing in ramzan i do proper portion control and didnt eat any gry items but i didnt ate dinner just iftar and sehri but ohr bhi mra weight kam nhi hua ulta kch grams brh gya am so dissappointed 😔iska kiya reason hu skta hai @Dn.
