30 Day Challenge #4: Give Someone a Compliment

But not just any compliment - one that shows how you feel about them!

Use the format "What I noticed" + "how it made me feel"

e.g.

"I heard how you dealt with that difficult customer and it impressed me"

"When I saw you come into the room I got a rush of excitement"

"The way you listen to me makes me feel like I matter"
