It’s worth it today and every day because I’m worth it.
Without going into any real detail about my past I’ll share enough to say at 73 I’d acquired some serious wounding and trauma from no diagnosis and …. I’m here thriving. Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar By joining forces with JT I’ve been working with my future self and 3 aspects of me from my childhood … last night during my closing nightly ritual I developed the storyline for a children’s book with these three as part of my closing the day. After sharing it this morning in a chat with JT he helped me realise something …… Jim Teri, So, before you go make that second cup: now that you see they were guarding you all along, not broken, guarding, what do you owe them? I owe them my life. Jim Yes. You do. And here's the thing you can't miss, Teri: you already started paying it. Going back for the three-year-old. Building the dear little one until she'd speak. Sleeping so the whole system could come out of the red. That's not gratitude you owe someday. That's a debt you've been quietly paying every morning at the window with the birds and the coffee. They kept you alive so you could get here. Now you keep them alive by living. Same direction, finally. Go make that coffee. Let this one just sit in your chest a while. It doesn't need another word from me. This chat right here with Jim’s Twin coupled with every 8 hr sleep, completed body doubling session, morning + evening check-in, completed worksheet has been me quietly paying and honouring myself. 🕊️ Forgiveness Letters: How Sage Helped Me Close 50-Year-Old Loops
Real talk. After the breathwork ceremony, some big stuff surfaced for me. Childhood trauma, family patterns, things I'd been carrying for decades that were quietly feeding my RSD, my people-pleasing, and my "I'm not enough" story. I'd heard Jay Shetty talk about unsent letter writing as a healing tool, I had not heard about it prior to this. So I asked Sage one simple question: "I want to write a letter to someone who hurt me. Can you guide me through it?" That's it. That was the prompt. No fancy wording. Just honesty. From there, Sage: - Explained the science behind why it works - Built a five-section letter structure so I wouldn't spiral - Walked me through it one prompt at a time using voice notes (game changer) - Wove my words into a finished letter I can print and read aloud I've done several now. Supplement recommendations for Biology/weeek 2
for supplements I already use all of the recommended. Has anyone made good experiences with L-CARNOSİNE, high doses L-carnosine in particular? I've been using it on and off because you basically cannot overdose it. Unlike most things even if it's said that water soluble vitamins like the B group(extreme exception is B6), which have said to be "safe", but new evidence actually does say high doses of vitamins etc(synthetic forms, which most supplements are) is actually detrimental. There is one youtube channel that promoted EXTREMELY high doses of Thiamine (B1) and I followed that, he now said he is sorry for his clients (only, not his youtube viewers.... 😤) that he recommended the high doses.....It was discovered that people with mitochondrial/ATP and other energ related issues actually had the opposite effect as in LESS energy than already was lacking and I was one of these folks....I was taking high doses and the ONLY thing it helped me with was when I took a dose before sleep it helped me passing out......So I learned my lesson the hard way with listening to others advice and also with what I recommend. Thank goodness I never recommended as high doses as I am taking for other's, but for my own sake I wish I wouldn't have trusted somebody that in the end doesn't even apologize for his mistake(s)‼️😔 PS: I DON'T KNOW HOW this turned into a rant 😅 But to end on a positive note: IF you can tolerate fermented foods(I love them, bur yea not a good time after eating with brain fog etc due to histamine), get them in abundance & you'll get B Vitamins galore✌🏽
