I really wasnt optimistic about this course. I didnt really engage in the webinar because I didnt think i would complete it, I am so negative about myself and I really dont give myself any time or credit to achieve anything in life. I always know that good things come to an end and it is usually self-destruction through fear. I answered my 3 questions today and the feedback was hard hitting, and eye opening and really made me to want to give this a real good go! Day 2 here we come

Hi, my name is Ash I’m from the Gold Coast, Australia, and since covid I have worked in Call Centres, though the previous 30 years was in hospitality in seven countries working up to a Sommelier at Michelin Star level and then in restaurant Management & Consulting in S.E.
