Wow! just WOW!
I cannot begin to say thank you for the final reveal that was/is my final report. I cried through the whole thing, it has shown me half remembered feelings that have crippled me for 5 decades. I started a bit apprehensively, but filled everything honestly, that first report made me cry, but the final is like my best self, a reflection that I have not been able to look at for decades, and certainly never believed in. All of my stumbling blocks have been shown to be put there as forms of self protection, or to protect other people from me finding out about their problems/ expectations/limitations. For years I have believed I didnt have the skills to amount to much, lack of concentration, lack of intellect, just general 'lack' and I have allowed that to happen because I trusted those people. I started trying to break the mold a few years ago and now I'm going for the full monty. Its MY time, MY life and I claim it and Im going to run with it! Thank you to Jim and team!

🚨 5 Day Challenge: Everything you need to know

If You Are New Here…
I have been in the program since March; I did the five day workshop and then the 6 week program. If you are patient, watch the classes, do the worksheets, and don’t let the technical issues get you down, you WILL find help through this program. You will get insights into who you are and how your brain works that will blow your mind. I’ve spent decades (I’m 66) looking for the answers Jim’s program has helped me discover. I’ve worked with life coaches, counselors, therapists, neurologists, brain injury specialist, etc. NONE of them were able to help me in the ways this program has. I am different in several positive ways because I’m making the necessary changes and following these protocols.
Meds and Nootropics
As someone who has not been diagnosed with ADHD and only recently realized that I have it, I'm curious about what experiences those of you who take ADHD meds or have been on them in the past have had. Did you like being on them? What are/were the pros and cons? I'm also curious if anyone has tried any of these nootropic supplements that claim to improve your attention, focus, energy, etc.? Ads for them show up constantly for me online, and every ad, of course, claims that their product is the answer to all your problems! I've tried a couple and didn't really notice a difference. Has anyone here had a positive experience with any of these?
📅 Daily Check-in - April 29, 2026 - Not a bad day -
💭 Reflection: "So today started with a bit of a surprise the um the alarm went off and I'm thinking oh no I've uh it's not time to get out of bed yet, surely and I had left the alarm on for the cohort meetings so at quarter past three/ half past three in the morning, I'm going okay - cannot get back sleep so what is a girl to do but to join the five day challenge on day two. It gave me a good opporutnity to revisit parts of the ID Cage, and also get a reality check in, on how =by removing my masks that some people in my life, may drop of - exit the stage - as they may not like the fact that I am changing, and not such a yes person, people pleaser, who will avoid conflict by compromising on her own values and principles - well, not anymore. Today was very stressful with my boss having a major meltdown which almost got me into a rsd spin in trying to figure out how do I help him - because we're stuck in a rock and a hard place with some skill sets in the team but we will we just have to work it through. I had beautiful singing today well my singing wasn't beautiful but went to the barber shop singing thank goodness I can hide my voice amongst you know 12 to 15 other people. Introduced a friend to the new singing group and she loves it, so that was cool. hopefully r I'll get some sleeps and um yeah do some creative problem solving for work, and get the action plan underway. Have a great Day 3 session tomorrow Newbies" 📊 Wellbeing Scores: 😊 Happiness: 6/10 ⚡ Energy: 7/10 🎯 Focus: 7/10 😌 Calmness: 6/10 🌙 Sleep Quality: 4/10 🔥 Motivation: 7/10 ⭐ Average: 6.2/10 ✅ Activities from yesterday: 🚿 Cold Shower 🌙 Early Bedtime ☀️ Morning Sunlight 🌬️ Breathwork 🌿 Grounding 🚶 Walk 🥗 Healthy Eating ☕ No Late Caffeine 🥦 Ate Vegetables ✨ Positive Mindset 🎯 Deep Work 📵 No Social Media 📋 Planned Day 🌅 Focused Morning 🌄 No Screentime in Morning ⏱️ Time Blocking 🧠 Learning 🎧 Educational Podcast 🤝 Helped Someone 📞 Called Friend/Family 🍽️ No Phone at Dinner 👂 Active Listening
