My ADHD Harmony Journey (So Far) - Cohort 2 Testimonial
I was diagnosed with ADHD in January 2025 at age 38. I was struggling with procrastination, perfectionism, and paralysis. Even with a therapist, a psychiatrist, and Adderall, some things improved, but something was still missing. There was this ideal version of myself and my life that I could see so clearly, but couldn't actually touch. I felt like she was who I was supposed to be, but I didn't know how to reach her. I found ADHD Harmony in December 2025. I had just lost my job, health insurance, psychiatric provider, and had reached a limit to what my therapist at the time could offer me. I was desperately searching for answers. I knew there had to be a way to figure out how to live life better. There’s a saying that goes, “Nobody is coming to save you, you have to save yourself.” While that is true in probably most ways, I also feel that finding ADHD Harmony amidst my desperation was like a welcoming outstretched hand that picked me up to my feet, and said, “Here, this is what you need to do, and here’s how to do it. Day One - Step 1, 2 , 3, 4...” Growing up as a child, I never felt like I really understood how the world worked, whereas other people…just seemed to know. I felt weird and different and experienced bullying in school that seemed to confirm those feelings. I finished the 5-Day Challenge in January 2026 and it unlocked something inside of myself that years of therapy, psychiatric medications, self-improvement books, and other things, though helpful and important in their own right, hadn't. Later that month, the founding 6-week cohort (Cohort 1) was offered. I wanted to be a part of it more than anything, but due to my job loss, I was not in a financial position to sign up for it. I had planned on working with the ADHD Harmony Blueprint on my own, but actually ended up connecting with another member in the community who had also been unable to join Cohort 1, and asked if I’d like to work on the Blueprint together with her. That member @Deb Brouwer ended up becoming my original accountability buddy, and she is still one of my accountability buddies today.

Hello from Lindsay - Intro
I'm Lindsay and I was officially diagnosed with ADHD in March of 2025 at the age of 42 - I've believed for the last 15-20 years that I had ADHD but I didn't bother getting diagnosed because I felt like I was doing okay and didn't want to go on meds. However, during COVID when I was forced to work from home instead of in an office around other people (natural body doubling that I need but didn't know I needed before I knew what body doubling was). I intended to go get a diagnosis and try medication but due to my ADHD procrastination tendencies, it was years before I actually found where to go and went to do it. Over the last few years it's felt like it's been getting worse and I've been struggling more and more with it. Some of that is the continued work from home scenarios I've been in, but I recently learned that ADHD symptoms can often get worse for women around their 30s/40s due to changing hormones - learning that made me feel better, feel like its not my fault, it's my body and mind doing it to me. I'm really hoping that I can find a way to better live with this and get back to being the productive and happy person that I used to be.

@Deb Brouwer Much love to you Debz...You started the movement toward body doubling in our community!! So sad that others haven't yet discovered how incredibly helpful it can be!! I'll be doubling with you this coming Sunday!!!

@Yavanna Redgrave It is in the 6 week program.. It is easily accessible on the AI Harmony platform under the body doubling link...Sign up for what is scheduled to be introduced to how it works and then go for it from there!! That is an incredible opportunity that far too few people are taking advantage of😂 🫶💛

Next live 5 day challenge announcement + New AI experience
Hey everyone, Jim here. Three things announced today. 1. The next 5-Day Challenge kicks off August 31: Free, live, and rebuilt from the ground up. This is the best version we've ever run. Save your spot here. Then do the part that actually decides whether you show up. Open your own calendar, block the hour on all five days, and set two reminders. For brains like ours, if it's not in the calendar it doesn't exist. Do it now, while this post is still on your screen. It takes two minutes. 2. Still finishing something something? You have until July 20 ⚠️ If you're working through the ADHD Focus Reset or the current 5-Day Challenge, they stay open through Monday July 20. After that everything closes until August 31. 3. New onboarding, and a new AI experience: The ADHD Operating Manual. The first section is free for every member, so you can try it before you decide. The full version is $27 right now instead of $99. Temporary. And that $27 is one single payment, no subscription. It also opens the chat with my AI twin: three messages a day, every day, all the way until the challenge starts on August 31. Ask it why you keep doing that one thing, and it answers with everything it already knows about you from your own reports. So tell me where you're at. Vote in the poll, it takes one tap. And if you're coming August 31, type a comment below and include the word: CHALLENGE and let us know how excited you are 🥳 With love, 💛 Jim
