ADHD-helping songs????
I've found some lovely song clips that I find helpful to sing - especially cute, catchy ones.... some that reflect the challenges of ADHD-ish life, and some that encourage or reward 'positive' behaviour. I'll add some in here, but please share other helpful ones!!! :) This one is Mama Nous and "I'm Proud of Myself" - it's written for kids, but it helps me (and probably my Inner Child!) https://www.tiktok.com/@mama_nous/video/7449773695905631518

Love these! I've seen some tones and frequencies that are recommended for ADHD but these songs are quite charming!
Ikigai?
Anyone else curious about this "term" or even familiar with it? I've never heard this before...Is that an acronym? A Latin or Greek word? Have I missed something and everyone else is in on this secret?

@Sam Blake Oh...Thank-you!! Many of the Asian traditions are very appealing....Forest Bathing is one of my favorites! I guess I need to Google that term...
Catching up feels like a win
So I live in Australia, and the course for me is at 3am, I did the first day, but after that it was a bit much and with a friend in from SE Asia and a schedule 3 hours ahead of mine, the stars did not align. Caught up to everything on Day 4 during the day today, have a night routine ready [only 6:15pm as I write] and sure I can get the morning done too on my day 5 [not sure coffee and a morning walk at 02:30am is a good idea], though the cold shower might be a bit much I'm sure I can start luke-warm and take it down a few notches and looking forward to a morning walk along the river!!

@Judy Hamilton ohhh..."hot" weather? That would make the cold shower a bit more tolerable...Snow on the ground here and more to come...I'm in the mountains of Colorado/USA....Now if Jim had ordered hot cocoa???

Hi everyone, my name is Daryl and I’m based in London. Im self-employed and my business is in video production for B2B. I’m a bit late to this party but I plan to catch up. I’m trying to find a new method to regain my focus and attention and making sure that I’m present. I also am a Writer/Director and like to make short films.

Welcome Daryl...Now that you are here we can really get this party started!!
Read this if you're "behind" in the challenge.
Today is day 5. But first, read this if you're behind. We started this week with over 200 of us showing up live. Some of you have been here every single day. Some of you watched Day 1 and then life happened. Some of you missed a day, felt the guilt kick in, and that familiar voice started whispering: "See? You can't even finish a free challenge." That voice is lying. It's running old code. Outdated software telling you that falling behind means failing. It doesn't. Everything is still there waiting for you. Every session, replay, AI question. Nothing has expired. The classroom has it all, organized step by step. And if you sat down today or this weekend and gave yourself about two hours, you could watch every replay and answer all 15 AI questions. That's it. Two hours to unlock your full personal transformation report, that might just change how you see yourself and honestly completely change your life like it did for many. And you have the entire weekend to do it. No rush. No pressure. Just you, the replays, and the AI questions at your own pace. This is your chance to prove to yourself that you can actually finish. Not because someone is forcing you, but because you chose to come back. That alone breaks the cycle. That alone rewrites the story of "I never follow through." And that full report? It only gets created when you complete all 15 questions. If you're sitting at Day 1 or Day 2 right now, your report is waiting for you. And believe me... it's worth it. So here's what to do: 1. Go to the classroom 2. Start where you left off 3. Watch the replays (you can even do 1.5x speed) 4. Answer your AI questions using voice, it helps you go deeper 5. Do the micro-tasks, they take minutes not hours Don't try to make it perfect. Just press play and start. Messy action beats perfect inaction. Every single time. Remember what we said on Day 1: if you fall behind, just come back. The people in that testimonial video? They almost quit too. They came back. And it changed everything for them.

@Louisa K I think the goal is progress...not perfection...I only did the 1st day live...then just did the replays...I have concluded that the more detail included in the answers to the questions, the more meaningful the AI summaries are. For those who have done all or most of the lives...Did that seem to have been more productive? I'm curious about that? I wonder what Jim's opinion about that would be?
