Hi! I’m Regine from Singapore. My goal is to gain muscle mass while doing a slow reverse dieting to find a stable maintenance caloric intake, while not gaining back fats. I’d love to create and sustain a life where I can still enjoy food along with my fitness goals. No one thing should be sacrificed over the other. I’m not setting a time frame for myself for muscle mass requires much patience to achieve. But I will be trying my best to keep up with consistency. I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes!

Grab & Go high protein food
As I'm using this week to eat mindfully and track I am coming under my calories but thats because of my busy lunch schedule. Does anyone have any recipes for easy food I can just literally grab & go from my lunch bag. Thankyou!

Starting my fat loss sprint - day 1
Today, I’m starting my fat loss sprint. I began by preparing my own lunch to bring to work, focusing on higher protein and a smaller portion of rice to stay full and energized. In the afternoon, I plan to do a light workout by following an Instagram reel with simple movements, completing 5 sets as a way to stay active and build consistency. My focus today is on starting, not being perfect. Small, mindful actions done consistently lead to real progress. 💪✨
