Hubby date. 💜
Ok I planned for a date with my husband this Friday. We have a gift card for restaurant from my sister for Christmas we want to use and I have a ticket for 2 at the movies come with popcorn and drinks. Here is what I am thinking 🤔 Start with normal breakfast usually 510 calories. Plan for lunch at Swiss chalet I’m debating between the 1/4 dinner white meat with salad or a Caesar salad with white meat with no dressing. I can bring some of my skinny girl Caesar dressing if I want but I like lettuce on its own. Then account for some popcorn from the theatre with lots of salt and butter (delicious) Grab either a water or zero calorie soda. 🥤 Finish up with a simple low calorie meal from home or finish some of my lunch if I didn’t finish it all. Does that sound like a date or just more work. Are you the kind to just eat without a care on a date or vacation?

You touched upon the expected weight gain on scale, I understand that with increased food volume, carbs, water etc. But how abt Fat level? Is it possible to retain it? And if it increases, does it directly means that you’ve past your maintenance?

Hi! I’m Regine from Singapore. My goal is to gain muscle mass while doing a slow reverse dieting to find a stable maintenance caloric intake, while not gaining back fats. I’d love to create and sustain a life where I can still enjoy food along with my fitness goals. No one thing should be sacrificed over the other. I’m not setting a time frame for myself for muscle mass requires much patience to achieve. But I will be trying my best to keep up with consistency. I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes!
