Hi! I’m Regine from Singapore.
My goal is to gain muscle mass while doing a slow reverse dieting to find a stable maintenance caloric intake, while not gaining back fats.
I’d love to create and sustain a life where I can still enjoy food along with my fitness goals. No one thing should be sacrificed over the other.
I’m not setting a time frame for myself for muscle mass requires much patience to achieve. But I will be trying my best to keep up with consistency.
I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes!
