Making it easier and investing money
Hey everyone 2 small wins for me in the past 7 days are... Switching to a gym closer to work. And buying gear, gym bags, protein powders etc.. The old gym i was going to was 30 mins away and because of that i would skip workouts and just go straight home. Now the gym i go to is 5 mins away and its a lot easier to stick to my workout split. I also bought a gym bag, new gym clothes and joined this community to ensure i work towards my gaols and not put it off which is the thing i struggle with the most consistently and accountability. (Thank you for reading please leave a like or comment!!)

Small changes towards the big goal...awesome! @Brandon Ponce
One small win from the last 7 days
I started Pilates classes 4 weeks ago with my best friend so I feel happy to have started to move once a week consistently, next up I will incorporate weight training again after 3 years of being lazy 🫠

You've started and that's the main thing.....now to keep it going 🙌 @Eileen Obando
Finally trending downwards!
My weight has been trending down and it is done while enjoying all the food I want to have. It still feels so surreal because it has hardly happened before. Of course this isn't done without any boundaries. I still eat mindfully and ensure that whatever I want to eat is within my daily calories. Also, daily movement continues with addition of gym and cardio sessions weekly. Looking forward to maintaining sustainable lifestyle that keeps the weight down.

Intro & goals
Heys guys, my name is brandon im from florida but my family is from cuba. I weigh about 230-240 pounds my goal is to get down to 150-170 and have muscles. It would also be nice to be in the 1,000 pound club for SBD but not my main goal. The meal i would have on death row would be a spicy chicken sandwhich from popeyes, pretzel pepperoni crust pizza from lil ceasers and boneless spicy garlic wings from pizza hut and a DIET friendly soda so thats it not all completely junk food. Fun fact: i used to work at pizza hut and i would eat wings every day after work😭

Tracking Is a Skill — Give Yourself Grace
One thing I want to share with everyone in this 6-week challenge at my F45 Studio as we’re learning to track our meals… Tracking might look easy for me, but that’s only because I’ve been doing it for over a year now and honestly, I’m still learning. It didn’t become second nature overnight. For those who are new and feeling frustrated with logging, weighing food, or figuring out what to enter in MFP… that feeling is completely normal. Tracking is a skill, just like learning a new exercise in the gym. The first few weeks can feel confusing and even a little annoying. But here’s the mindset shift that helped me: Tracking isn’t about being perfect. It’s about learning and building awareness. Some days your entries might not be exact. Some meals might be estimates. Social meals might feel harder to log. That’s okay. Even imperfect tracking still gives you valuable data and helps you understand your habits better. The goal isn’t perfect numbers — the goal is progress and awareness. If you stick with it long enough, you’ll look back a year from now and realize how much easier it becomes. Keep showing up, keep logging, and give yourself grace while you’re learning. 💪
