Today, I’m starting my fat loss sprint.
I began by preparing my own lunch to bring to work, focusing on higher protein and a smaller portion of rice to stay full and energized.
In the afternoon, I plan to do a light workout by following an Instagram reel with simple movements, completing 5 sets as a way to stay active and build consistency.
