Hii! I start fasting today until the 27th of March and have decided I’m not going to slack off. So I’m here to ask if you’d want to be my accountability partner(s)? The plan is to stay consistent with the following: - Hydrate - 2.3L water - 90 minutes of movement - Minimum 4 workout sessions between today and 27th - Minimum 8500 steps a day. I will post daily updates here😬 Thanks in advance 💪🏼🫶🏽

When in doubt: build the PERFECT PLATE ✅ These are the meals I build for my daughter. A good balance of: - protein - green veggies - starchy carbs - fibrous and nutrient-dense fruits - rice when she feels like it In my humble opinion: we adults should be eating the same way as our children, just smaller portions! (Most of the time) Don't get me wrong -- she doesn't clean the plate EVERY meal. But we've implemented a few key strategies that helps her eat her full meals rather than snacking throughout the day. Would you eat these meals? 😄
