Hello all ... Here is my prtoein friendly lunch ! I was disappeared and was not posting for a while because of some ongoing events in my in laws dawats at my home but i havent missed my diet not a single day i enjoyed events also i was mindful while eating out doors and Allahmdullilah i joined this community 13 days ago and i have lost 2 kgs in 15 days by the help of this community ......... A little post to motivate u all and value of self commitment .. Lets Get Fit together ❤❤
