January VS Now
Today I'm really happy to share that I'm finally starting to see results๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿฅณ... I weighed myself on 31st January and my weight was 75 kg, and today when I checked my weight it's now 69 kg. These results are from almost 2 months of dieting because I took a 25-days break, but even during the break days I kept control over my portions๐Ÿ˜Š. So now I'm very happy ๐Ÿ˜‡and really grateful to this @Tsk Diet community and to the admins of this community๐Ÿค—... special thanks to @Hadia Saif โค๏ธbecause whenever I asked you anything that I didn't understand, you guided me so well. And abhi tu "Game On Hai"๐Ÿ’ช.

April Progress
Started at 96.55 kg on 1st April, Today is 26th April and i weight 93.15kg , still 4 days to go, Although i am working more towards diet rather than exercise, completing 4km daily walk in 50minutes, the progress might not be alot but happy that, i dropped atleast 3 kg this month and have to keep going, until i reach my goal weight 65kg.
Progress over perfection
I started at 87.8 kg and today Iโ€™m at 82 kg. ๐ŸŒฟ It may not seem like a huge number to everyone, but to me, itโ€™s proof that change is happening even on the days I felt stuck, even when I couldnโ€™t give my 100%. This journey hasnโ€™t been perfect. There were days of low energy, little movement, and moments of doubt. But Iโ€™m learning that progress doesnโ€™t need perfection it just needs consistency, patience, and a little faith in yourself. Every small step mattered. Every choice added up. And Iโ€™m so proud of how far Iโ€™ve come. ๐Ÿค To anyone on the same path: donโ€™t quit just because itโ€™s slow. Your effort is working, even when you canโ€™t see it yet. 82 kg today and this is just the beginning. โœจ
