You just ate.You’re not starving.But suddenly…🍫 “Something sweet chahiye.” 🍟 “Bas thora sa snack.” Sound familiar? Here’s the truth: 👉 That’s not hunger .👉 That’s stress, habit, boredom, or emotions talking. ✨ Real hunger: ✅ Comes slowly ✅ Any food sounds good ✨ Cravings: ❌ Come suddenly ❌ Want one specific thing only 💚 Weight loss doesn’t mean killing cravings.It means understanding them.
