Pre workout Black coffee One and half hour at gym(abs day) Breakfast 2 slices bread 2 shami One egg with veggies Lunch Tortilla wrap and 2 small bowls daal Dinner Rice and daal Walk 10k steps Alhumdulilah Am i doing it right? Please share your thoughts.

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu everyone. Hope u all are in the best of ur health n Imaan, in shaa Allah. (Late update for monday) Fasting day Suhoor: 2 boiled eggs+ 2 slices of .ulti grain bread with peanut butter. Water: 4-5 glasses Iftar: 2 dates+ 2 glasses warm water with chia seeds Few slices of apples n orange Dinner: half naan with chicken curry Water- 5 glasses Workout: 10 min lower body strength training. Steps: 17k. ( forgot to take a screenshot of it).
