Green tea with my fav book It's really helpful for women. It teaches how our body changes during the monthly cycle and how to eat, exercise, and plan life according to it. I liked how it explains that our energy, mood, and strength are not the same every day and that’s normal.

Before breakfast - zeera water βœ… Breakfast- one chicken kebab + 1 egg omlette + ghee roti + chai β˜• Midmorning - watermelon + kimami sewai + some roasted chana ( I was hungry didn't know why ) + peanut chikki 1 πŸ₯΄ Lunch - 2 chicken kofta curry + 1 roti + curd βœ… Evening - 1 boiled egg + my babies left over egg yolk 2 + chai + small guava Dinner - chane ki daal ki khichdi + tomato chutney + small portion of bhindi + 1 tomato I don't know even after eating i am feeling hungry after 1 hour , is it due to my luetal phase ???
