No workout today 😔 My whole day was messed up today as something unexpected happened during sehri and my mood was completely off bcos of that. Being an overthinker my thoughts were all over. I tried to distract myself but it was of no use. I went straight to bed right after sehri meal and woke up just in time for fajr salah. After that too I tried to distract myself with house chores but couldn't get myself together. It was only after I left house to run some errands that my mood got a little better and I did some walking. But unfortunately couldn't do much because of my knee pain 😞. I tried my best but this was all I could do. Keep me in ur prayers please. This early arthritis knee pain is killing me😔😥
