Reality check 🚨
Tonight, My friend had severe stomach ache and vomitting. We took her to hospital for emergency checkup. I stayed there for 2 hours almost. In the emergency ward i saw alot of patients. And most of them were in the condition due to the poor health and lifestyle choices in their teens. May Allah create ease for all of them. While observing them, I was feeling blessed that we have energy, we have opportunity , we have time …. To eat healthy, make our lifestyles healthy by making movement and exercise and good food choices our lifestyle. At the end, its Only YOU who suffers at hospital beds 🥹 sincere prayers for all the patients 🫶🏻 and im really convinced to value health over short term pleasure. 🌷
