Day 1
"Finished a 40-minute walk! ✅ My whole day was super hectic, so I think this is the best time for a walk—right after Iftar. Even though I feel really lazy after eating, I managed to push myself to do it anyway."

93% of people failing fat loss isn’t because they don’t know calories.
It’s because their routine collapses the moment life gets busy. Let me walk you through how I actually look at this with clients. People think they’re stuck because they lack willpower. That’s rarely the case. When we zoom out, it usually comes down to one of four things. 1. First is sleep. If you’re sleeping late or waking up tired, cravings automatically go up and everything gets harder. 2. Second is protein. If most of your meals look like chai, roti, and whatever’s available, you’re going to feel hungry all day. That constant urge to snack isn't a lack of control. It’s what happens when meals don’t anchor you. 3. Third is inconsistent meals. Skipping meals leads to energy crashes, which leads to overeating later. 4. And the fourth one is the big one for professionals. Sitting all day. A desk job means very little daily movement, even if you work out sometimes. That low baseline movement quietly affects energy, appetite, and progress. Ramzan is coming, which means sleep and meal timing will shift for everyone. This is why we don’t wait for the month to start to get disciplined. We build the system before it starts. If you want, comment “YES” & I’ll be sharing more before Ramadan, so you start it with your best InshaAllah.

🚫 Myth: Fasting automatically causes weight loss. ✅ Truth: Ramzan weight gain is common.
A lot of people assume that because they’re fasting for long hours, weight loss is guaranteed. But here’s the reality 👇 Weight loss doesn’t happen just because you skip meals. It happens when you’re in a calorie deficit over time. During Ramzan, what usually happens? • Iftar turns into a feast 🍽️ • Fried foods + sugary drinks become daily • Large portions after long hours of hunger • Less movement and disturbed sleep So even if you’re fasting all day, you can easily end up eating more calories than your body needs in the evening. Fasting is a tool. It’s not magic. If your goal is fat loss this Ramzan: ✔️ Start with water + light protein at iftar ✔️ Control fried and sugary foods (don’t eliminate, manage) ✔️ Prioritize protein at suhoor ✔️ Watch portion sizes ✔️ Stay active Ramzan can support weight loss — but only if you’re mindful. Have you ever gained weight in Ramzan despite fasting? Let’s talk 👇
