Fiber add: Oats ✅ How I used it: boiled oats in milk. Added 1 date, 1 teaspoon crushed almonds and 1 teaspoon honey. Movement: / Walk ✅ Minutes: 10 Write 3 lines: What I ate today: murgh cholay How I felt: kinda exhausted One goal for next week: start doing workouts alongside steps. Steps: 5000 / 9000 ❌ I have a sensitive skin and wore khaddar for the last two days due to which I have severe rashes and cannot walk a lot. Also, my lower back is paining. Water: 10 glasses ✅ ✅ Checklist: Fiber ✅ Movement ✅ Journal ✅ Steps ❌ Water ✅

Such an important point! 👏 I truly believe lifestyle and habits matter more in the long run. Weight loss can happen temporarily, but without changing daily habits, it usually doesn’t last. When you focus on lifestyle—better food choices, regular movement, sleep, and mindset—weight loss becomes a natural side effect, and more importantly, it’s sustainable. 🌱💪
