Assalamualikum!! I am atika mohsin from islamabad housewife and mother of 2 kids 3 year old and 10 months old. my current weight is 98kg height 5'3 i have pcos want to lose weight. my biggest struggle is staying consistent in joint family my husband is out of country, so I take care of the children as well i don’t have much time for walking or working out.
Dinner day 9
2 glasses water before dinner. 4 chicken wings with 2,3 tablespoons mint raita and salad with lemon and flax seeds 8300 steps so far. Today’s target is 10k. I’ll complete it after dinner in sha Allah

Breakfast choice: 3 boiled eggs ✅ 500ml on waking: ✅ Water before meals: ✅✅✅ Total glasses: 10 Gratitude Day 9 🤍 1.I’m grateful for being consistent and following through on this journey 2. I’m grateful for completing 10k steps today 3. I’m grateful for my life and my family Steps: 10300 / 10000 ✅ Proof post uploaded: ✅ Changes I feel: I am feeling a lot of changes in my routine like I’m feeling way more energetic than before, my mood is improving and I am not having a lot of cravings, sometimes I do crave for something but I can manage that. I have started doing some effort for myself (I wasn’t able to do it before), like everyone was sleeping and I was completing my steps. I didn’t had this energy before. I am really thankful for this community for being able to help me and so many others.
