Assalamualikum!! I am atika mohsin from islamabad housewife and mother of 2 kids 3 year old and 10 months old. my current weight is 98kg height 5'3 i have pcos want to lose weight. my biggest struggle is staying consistent in joint family my husband is out of country, so I take care of the children as well i don’t have much time for walking or working out.
