I was just in rest mode also i was too busy with family and the currently going situation made me so depressed now am feeling much better and realized now i gained again which i lost in ramadan challenge ๐Ÿ˜” Now i want to join challenges!! Asalaam u alaikum everyone.. I am a housewife and a mother of two. studied dentistry and did my specialisation in prosthodontics, but I am not working at the moment. Most of my time goes into taking care of my home and children, so I often forget to focus on my own health. I need help
I recently found out that I fall in pre-diabetes category, so I decided to follow the pre-diabetes diet plans available on this platform. There are only breakfast, lunch and dinner options available and no walk/exercise routine or no snacks options available there. Can anyone help me with this as I want to properly follow pre-diabetes plan. And one more confusion I have is, will I lose weight by following this pre-diabetes diet plan? Many thanks @Dn.
