Meals n workout
wasn't active for the past 3 days as I recieved the devastating news of sudden tragic loss of our relatives young son (20 yrs old) In a car accident back home. He was dead on the spot. He was the only . Kuch hi pal mein unki saari duniya badal gayi. Wasn't feeling myself. Allah taala hum sab k bacho ko salamat rakhe aur unhe har tarah ki nagahani aafaton se, balaon se aur achanak hone wale haadson se bachaye rakhe, aur har bimari aur buri nazar se mehfuz rakhe, Aameen I tried to eat mindfully and in controlled portions and Included high protein sources in each meal. Tried to keep myself hydrated and took a walk atleast for 10 min after each meal., Alhamdulillah.

Day 51 and 52
Sahoor : chicken pulao did early at 11pm Iftar : 1 date fruit chat and some alu pkora Dinner: small chapati with masoor dal Walk : 10 mints Today : breakfast one pratha with turnip n chicken Having headache from last night so couldn’t sleep whole night , i couldn’t even find peace in anything these days. May Allah safe us from this regional conflict. 🥹

Day 49- 50 and Today
Sahoor: bread n egg After that tea with brown sugar did early at 12am. Iftar and dinner : i ordered fries,broast,arabic shwarma from outside but couldn’t eat only fries and some beef shawarma but i think food was not fresh i had food poisoning after that also complaint about the food but he said it’s not by us it’s rider mistake idk but i suffered by this the whole day messed up after this. I attached photo of the food below . Sahoor: oats meal after that hot chocolate because had cravings 🫣 Did early at 12am Iftar & dinner Shaljam chicken with small chapati After that homemade falooda but i ate mindfully. That’s my all day i couldn’t walked much but i did how much i could. I will be on track after these fasting insh aa Allah About today sahoor: Chicken pulao at 12am
