My goals
Going through the modules and wanted to speak into the universe my ideal numbers towards my dream physique. Weighed myself, I'm currently 166.5 lbs, I think 160 lbs would be my ideal target. ~12% BF would be good enough for me, would rather not torture myself for 10%.

I wanted to go for run today's, as all the snow melted away. My daughter wanted to come along. She hates running. Happy she never stopped running..slow and steady we almost run 4km. I'm proud of her and we did something together. šŸƒā€ā™€ļøšŸ’Ŗ

Cottage cheese recipe?
I have a tub of cottage cheese I bought and I don’t know what to use it on. I normally have it in my pasta for extra protein but I haven’t had pasta in a long time. Any other recipes with cottage cheese to recommend?
