Tried something new today
Surprise I didn’t take pictures again. Sad I will have to try it again!! I made tofu crumble in the air fryer with corn starch, soya sauce and sesame oil. I ate it over rice with sriracha sauce with seaweed. I weighed the tofu all wet for 250 g then I crumbled it and tried to get as much water as possible out of it with paper towels 🧻. Then I measured 1TBSP of cornstarch 1TBSP of low sodium soya sauce 1TSP sesame oil In a bowl then added the tofu to the same bowl to coat it with the mixture. I placed it in the air fryer and cooked it at 400 for 15 minutes. I will add the picture next time. Unless I decide to use the other half of tofu in a soup instead.

Inner turmoil
I keep fighting with myself. Part of me wants a bag of chips. Part of me wants to go to bed. Part of me says I need to get more steps done and eat less tomorrow. It’s always that way. The weight go up and I just spook a little. It goes back down eventually. Until it does I can stay at the higher weight for a whole week sometimes. The things is I do more steps and feel more hungry. I don’t want to eat more calories so I just drink something then I finally go to bed and wake up early because I drank late and have to use the bathroom. The cycle is vicious for a reason. It’s doesn’t help me because going to bed with a grumbly stomach bugs me. Growing up my aunt would always tell me just eat 1 soda cracker it will coat your stomach and you will be able to sleep. Not sure if there is any truth to it. Coach @Darren Liu I think said hunger is fat leaving your body ??? What would you do ?

🔥 Friday Night Plot Twist = WIN 🔥
Since I’ve got Galentine’s with my girls this Friday 💃, my partner called up one of his buddies for a guys’ night. Next thing I know… 👉 His friend invites him to work out as a guest at his gym 👉 Then Mediterranean food after 👉 AND says: “Yo maaannn, you’ve been under a lot of stress at work. After the workout we can hit the sauna/steam room and just chill, bro.” 🚨 BREAKING NEWS ALERT: He said YES. YES… to a Friday night workout. On a FRI-YAY. I stayed calm on the outside 😌 But on the inside I was like: OH SH*T. IS THIS REAL LIFE?! I told him how proud I was—for choosing movement, stress relief, and showing up for himself while spending quality time with his buddy. For those who know me, you know it hasn’t always been easy. But moments like this remind me that growth doesn’t have to be loud—it just has to be real. ✨ There is light at the end of the tunnel… and it’s looking REAL good. ✨

Wow good for both of you. No plans for me at this time other than working and going to youth group.

@Lena Nguyen I’m a volunteer. I join events and talk with the kids. I’m mostly in charge of serving snacks and food from the kitchen.
Day 4 & 5 - continuing the sprint
I’ve clocked my steps and gym time! 🙌🏼 This isn’t the end, but it’s just the start of every goal I set out to achieve.

Flex it 💪!!! Amazing work you got this.
Adapt....don't quit!
After picking up shoulder/rotator pain last week, I still showed up to the gym. I trained smarter — lower weights, higher reps. I don’t believe in completely stopping movement unless it’s truly serious (I’m not a doctor, and I’ll wait for @Darren Liu to advise), but for me it’s about adapting, not quitting. Today’s session: • Shoulder press – 10kg • Lat pulldowns – worked up to 65kg (starting at 20kg and building up) • Barbell back squats – 10kg with a neck cushion • Goblet squats • Air bike • SkiErg • Double planks • Mountain climbers Physio on Saturday, but I’m proud I didn’t give in to that voice that said, “It’s cold, your shoulder hurts, stay home.” Progress isn’t about being pain-free or perfect — it’s about being willing to adjust and still show up. ✨ What would change for you if you chose progress over excuses today?
