Looking back..
Was enjoying a new route today, again. Walked 8,5 km, lovely weather and a detemined mind to get my steps in for the day. But I have also looked back on photos from three and two years ago (thinking about goals and looking at myself in the mirror makes things to the mind 😅) Saw the big change I've made the last year! I do not enjoy showing pictures of myself usually but this is definetly a win. 15 kgs between the pictures and I have at least 10 kgs more to loose for a healthy life. And it's actually not about the kilos, but the heart and the joints..

We’re doing a short 5-Day “Next Meal Normal” Challenge. Not a weight loss challenge. Not a perfection challenge. A CONSISTENCY challenge. Most people don’t struggle because of one meal. They struggle because one meal turns into: “Ah f*ck it… today is ruined.” “I’ll restart Monday.” And suddenly one moment becomes three days. I had a client that used to get so depressed after a binge meal that he canceled his gym membership entirely! Not this time. Not for you guys. 👉 So the rule for this challenge is simple: If a meal goes sideways… your only job is to return to normal eating at the next meal. No punishment. No skipping meals. No trying to “make up for it.” Just normal. Each day I’ll drop a quick check-in post. If you practiced NEXT MEAL NORMAL that day, just comment: "NORMAL" That’s it. Anyone who checks in at least 3 of the 5 days will be entered to win a prize from me. (Hint: it will help you build muscle 💪) Nothing fancy. Just a good habit to practice together. We start tomorrow, you in? 👊 P.S. Yes, we’re starting on a SUNDAY, because that’s when a lot of people fall apart. We’re not Monday-starters here. We are ASAP-starters!

The weight went up after eating some carbs this week. It’s taking everything out of me to not remove the rice from my chipotle bowl but I will stick to the plan and have my Normal. Stick to the plan Stick to the plan It’s just water weight and it will go back down enjoy the rice. 🍚 😄

I finished my chipotle meal and only ate half the rice portion or so. Because I think it looked like more than 4oz. I will weigh it when I get back home and see.

I finally finished episode one 🙈. Can’t believe it took me this long. Started episode two let’s see how long it will take me to finish it.
The biggest mistake beginners make in the gym ❌🙅🏻‍♂️
I'll keep this simple because it needs to be said. The biggest mistake isn't bad form. It's not skipping leg day. It's not even ego lifting (although… stop doing that). The biggest mistake is program hopping 🙅🏻‍♂️ Week 1: "I'm doing push pull legs." Week 3: "Actually I saw this influencer doing upper lower so I'm switching." Week 5: "Bro science says full body is better so I'm doing that now." Week 8: "Why am I not seeing results?" Sound familiar? Your body needs consistency to adapt. You can't test a program in 2 weeks. That's not how muscle works. That's not how strength works. You need to commit to one structured plan, trust the process, and ride it out for 8–12 weeks minimum. The people who get results aren't doing anything magical. They just stuck with one thing long enough for it to actually work. I'm building something right now that's going to take this decision completely off your plate. One system. Clear progressions. No guesswork. I don’t know who needs to hear this… but I am NOT a fruit cutting service 😆 I washed it. I cut it. I put it in containers. And my household said… “Let’s ignore it until it becomes a science experiment.” 🧪 Am I the only one living with people who want convenience but not commitment?! 😂 Drop a 🙋🏻‍♀️ if your tribe does this too!!

I don’t have pre cut and washed fruits in my fridge anymore. I just use them myself to fast to bother lol 😂
