Just wanna say… when ppl lose faith that u will follow the plan, just remember ure doing it for yourself! And that got me 2 kg down in the last 3 weeks! By really consciously trying to be mindful of my eating volume. Next to prioritize more on my protein goals. And making more staple foods into my meals. Slowly but surely! I may not be able to track 2-3x per week. But im somehow tracking into Fitness Pal the rest of the week. Work continues to be stressful and im burnt out actually. But im taking more conscientious approach to take on off 1-2 days from work to totally stay away from work.

Guys my Costco had blueberry sourdough bread 🤯 I know this isn't what Darren means when he says to eat our blueberries but damn 😆 this is so good!! I warmed it in the oven first. 100% recommend. I don't know the macros and they're probably not great 🫣 but if you're feeling like it's time to treat yourself getchu some!

Progress Isn’t Linear
This week started strong. By the end of it? Sleep debt hit hard. Old mindset would’ve said: “Push through. Don’t stop.” Current mindset: “Recover properly so next week isn’t compromised.” I took yesterday to reset because long-term consistency beats short-term stubbornness every single time. I feel so much better for it and ready to smash this week and to make sleep a focus. Anyone relate?

Scaring my husband lol
I scared my husband this morning he walked in to see me with this thing on my face. Feels kind of nice but not sure I’m doing it right !! Life has been what life is and I’ve been trying to stay consistent while thill having fun and trying new things. I’m back down in my weight and hoping to not get another spike but such is life. I was sore from my tournament but I still did my workout this morning and got some new PRs so I consider that a win.

2 weeks down
Just completed the 2nd week this morning. That’s the win. Otherwise I am bit of a mess. I’m frustrated about the lack of cardio, lack of sleep and lack of mental acuity going on this week. I’ll finally get 8 hours of sleep tonight. Super long 14 hour day tomorrow. I need to get in a run at some point this weekend. I think I am fairly cranky and I feel like I have gained 5 pounds. I’m also a bad friend. I haven’t checked in on any of you this week. Are you doing okay? You have made it through your week, pushing past the struggles and accomplishing your goals??!! I hope so!!

@Jaime Stewart love happens when you live it. Things can’t always go our way or I would not call it life. Thanks for checking in and I am doing great. I didn’t check on all of you as much since I was busy thinking about myself. I hope we are all doing well also.
