So after the situation I had yesterday with the Korean pepper paste I realized I’ve not been helping my relationship with food. 🥘 I wanted a soup today so I decided I would just make one with the pepper paste instead of trying to change for something different that would just not taste the same. This last year I have been getting a lot of protein from whey protein with protein powder, shakes, and protein bars. These have been used to enhance the protein and to reach my total goal for the day. I am wanting to move more to other more natural protein sources. My favorite protein sources are: Filet mignon Halibut Salmon Steak Chicken Eggs I cannot always eat my favorite options and often have lean ground beef, lots of eggs, steak and chicken often. What are your favorite protein options and how do you guys get in your protein?
