A day of pure Magic
📅 Daily Check-in - May 25, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Days are running very quickly. Yesterday, I almost didn't have any time to rest, my Feng Shui teacher is making me taste all kids of Eastern foods and teaching me new things, in the evening I met a friend who came from Singapore just to meet me in person from the 1st time and we filmed a testimonial, I went back to the hotel late and reset my room's Feng Shui. Today, I received my last Nei Gong and Chinese Medicine treatment and my situation absolutely improved, then we had a planned tour to see Hindu Temples, feed the monkeys and the eagles on a boat trip. A dream that I had last December and that led me to accept the invitation to come here came true today - pure magic. There are no words that can describe the Blessings that life is bringing me and I can only be so grateful! This is my focus for this week. This lovely little girl, 10yo, found as a stray ended up in the pound before a rescue centre took her in. She arrived a couple of hours ago, and is in her forever home now. This week, everything else can wait.

Hi everyone! I live in Oregon and I am a homemaker. I have 2 neurodivergent kiddos. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue in 2011 after my second child was born. But in the last year, I've been thinking I may have ADHD inattentive type. I know the symptoms can overlap but my biggest challenge is how my brain works. I have so many "tabs" open in my brain of things I want/need to do. It's hard to shut off. I also have a hard time concentrating and jump to different projects because I get bored. I'm waiting to to talk to my dr about an evaluation. Excited to be here!
First workout in 8 months!!
So proud of myself. I worked with Sage last week to create a workout routine for me. I used to workout 3-4x/week but got a knee injury and never went back. Plus was in ADHD burnout due to +++ stress. Feels so good! It was a tough work out and needs some fine tuning but I did it!!
