Everything is still on Zero
I've watched the introduction and followed the instructions, I've completed day one however everything is still on 0% completed. This is doing my head in...anyone else have this problem?

What screen do you mean when looking for the check marks?

@Madeleine Tuhakaraina got it - thanks ☺️
Day 2
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and Sage pointed out something. I've been treated for bipolar for 15 years, but the "intense emotions" piece might actually be ADHD I was never assessed for. Also discovered why lists and Pomodoro never stick for me, but quitting drinking and finishing a master's did. Whatever I do NEEDS to be important, on a personal level.

@Elliott N no I was offering clarity. Your original response read as though you thought I was being forced to do the masters.

@Elliott N ok enough. Way too heavy a conversation for me to have with a stranger!
Hi
Hi, I’m Máire (pronounced Maura, Irish for Mary) and I live in Westport on the west coast of Ireland. I’m 66, officially retired, though I haven’t worked in over 15 years because of mental health issues. Was diagnosed with bipolar back then, but have started to think it may have been mis-diagnosed ADHD. Have done a lot of work on myself over the last 25+ years and still feel I haven’t drilled down to the core. Hoping this will do it.
Hi
Truth about my brain
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized my "research spirals" (like spending 2 hours picking a cake recipe) aren't about gathering information. They're about avoiding the risk of choosing wrong. Turns out the mental resistance I feel in the morning is the exact same pattern. Wild what 3 questions can reveal.

I do that too - if I don’t actually start something, I can’t fail!!
Day 2 assessment - done on the 3rd day
Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the bold girl who stood on the 4th floor windowsill never rejected herself - she just *was*. Somewhere along the way I traded her in for the perfectionist, the people-pleaser, the invisible one. Turns out authenticity isn't something I need to build. It's something I need to stop abandoning.
