So many types of traps
I realised something during the live call this morning. I have to buy love, have to pay for it. Thus I have to pay for the more extensive course because the free one will give me fomo! Oh dearie me! Another conundrum
trying too hard?
I may have standards that are too high for my abilities in terms of time and energy, as well as my ability to handle stress. I'm seeing that these 'motivators' are sometimes antagonistic to well-being. I'm reviewing my methods and patterns and not making any conclusions just yet. I'm putting learning first.
Day 3 done
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: I am always late or just behind schedule no matter how much I prepare. Where it came from: I'm not sure where it started, but it has become sort of a self fulfilling statement ✨ My new code: If I can align with the task and minimize distractions, I can be on time consistently, if not early. 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who gives myself enough support to get my desired outcomes💪 Debugging in progress...
Day 2 done
🎭 The mask I've been wearing: procrastination 😮‍💨 How exhausting it's been: extremely exhausting because the tasks take up a lot of mental & emotional real estate 👶 What I loved as a kid (before the masks): a vivid and creative imagination, and the courage to try new skills without judgment. ⚡️ Friction Audit complete — ID and bag things that no longer serve me, relocation furniture and organize remaining items. Decorate apacw ro my liking.

Day 1 done
My biggest take away is that I'm not broken. I mean, I knew it, but it is nice to have it confirmed.🥴 My open loop is I need to deeply declutter and reorganize my living space.😵‍💫 My current feeling is that I am encouraged.💜
