Day 6: Your transformation is happening in 3 days
I used AI to replace me. Never. Again.
(Reposted from Wins) I thought I had something great yesterday- I thought I replaced my scriptwriting job with AI. But instead, it turned into a learning moment about my capabilities. Essentially, what my client said was that the AI (Claude Sonnet 4.6) did a piss poor job. Now, after I got the message, I licked my wounds for a bit, being down and out about how I would get it done without AI writing. But then I did some thinking- the client said my previous script was really good, but that this one was off. That’s when I realized that everyone that’s extremely against AI was right- - I *did* use AI to write that because I doubted my capabilities as a human being. - I *was* LARPing as a scriptwriter by using AI to do my work for me. And this was a learning moment, because now I *know* I’m good at writing scripts. I’m confident in my capabilities, and my irreplaceability. I just needed a measuring stick to see how good I really was.

Uphill struggle - stuck on 'Day 3'
What is the belief that's been holding me back most? Now, I have even caught up with the AI questions for both day 3 and 4, but I still get stuck on this "mini task" for day 3... I really don't feel like I can answer this question, or that it is old beliefs that are holding me back 🤨 It feels like mainly lack of motivation, metal energy, and drive - such things. Not like "I am not capable of doing this, because I am just useless" or something else like that. Anyone else, who have had trouble with this part of the challenge??

Day 4 ✅ Done! 📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: money and work 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: that I am doing it all wrong by staying up and watching tv 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: when I get up, I grab my phone. I know it's wrong but I still do it. 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: because it's boring!!! 💭 And it made me feel: heavy and annoyed. 🤯 What surprised me: I don't feel anxious like other people. They feel it in their chest or stomach. I numb myself out. I don't allow myself to feel. Just realising my nervous system is burnout.
Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: Financial stability (2) & Work fulfillment (3). 🔁 I decided to not close my open loop: because I was traveling to my partners home thursday night, and are not going to be home the whole weekend.
