Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

For me it’s been using Jim’s Twin for anything that’s not working for me. Didn’t know how to work out with a knee injury, JT gave me a workout program that inspired me and got me into action. Didn’t have a morning routine that lit me up, JT asked me questions and it created a morning routine for me that I love. I was having trouble going from my morning routine to getting started with work for the day, JT helped create a getting started routine. I hear a lot of people not really understanding how to use JT. The first tutorial in how to use the AI was great. But I would’ve loved another tutorial with ideas that I could use. Learning how my brain actually works and learning to accept it the way it is, has been huge for me.
Holy Crap this works!
Just finished Week 6, and I almost can't believe it. I came in so skeptical I literally had a plan to ask for a refund before day 30. Instead I never missed a single check-in in six weeks (anyone with ADHD knows how wild that is), I stopped fighting how my brain actually works, and I launched my coaching business this week. Still scared, still in progress - but I showed up and I didn't quit.

I’ve been coaching for over 20 years but never as a full time coach. Now I’m diving in full time. :-)
Day 5
With more clarity comes more confusion. I feel the need to redo the challenge and be much more thorough in my answers. Right now, I'm stuck in a loop of TMI about myself that I don't know what to do with.

Could this also be your perfectionist trying to tell you, you didn't do it good enough?
Greetings from London, Ontario, Canada.
My name is Robert, I am a musician/ percussionist (simi-retired) working both in performance and as a Sound/Energy worker using gongs and Overtone instruments to present meditation and relaxation sessions. I am undiagnosed ADHD and have had dyslexa and short term memory problems since an early childhood illness in the early 1950's, and have had difficulties fitting in to the "normal world" my whole life. I'm hoping this will give me some direction and insight.

Hi Robert. I’m just down the road from you in Paris, Ontario! Welcome. This course has given me so much and taught me how to use my brain in ways that actually work as opposed to burn me out.
Got my website up in less than 80 minutes!
I used Jim's twin to help me get my website up as a placeholder so that I can go to a networking event tomorrow morning and I'll have somewhere to send people. I'm launching my coaching business, even though I've been coaching for 20 years, and now I'm making it my own! I can't believe I did it in less than 80 minutes. Jim's twin kept me on track and kept me from falling down rabbit holes. www.aprilterreau.com Sooooo happy!
