In 45 minutes, I'll have a meeting for a new teaching program, then I'll have to call the mother of a friend, that may be my next new client. Let's see if the day brings me some more work. Shocked by lies certain people use to justify mistakes
📅 Daily Check-in - June 4, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Yesterday evening, in the WhatsApp chat of the team of a place where I collaborate, I saw a message involving me and saying something false, invented by a person to justify a mistake someone had made and for which the responsible was complaining. I was shocked. I expressed my discomfort for the words I was going to write and I firmly said that I wouldn't tolerate such behavior and that no one ever dared to make false claims on me or use me or accuse me for things I knew nothing about. Maybe for that reason, I had trouble to fall asleep and woke up very early, more than 1 hour before dawn. The day began slowly, but my routine helped me to align. I went to work with my client, offered a session to a friend and moved some steps forward with a project of a new collaboration and a new client. Tomorrow, we'll see if I reap some fruits. @Shawn Bailey yes, I did the daily check-in in the following evening, so almost 24 hours later. If I had done it as soon as I woke up I the morning, the numbers would have been different! The routine and daily events helped me a lot to let go of what had happened the previous day. By the way, I also received a direct message from another person from the team who congratulated with me for having spoken the truth openly. And after my message in the chat, nobody mentioned "that story" anymore. I was also ready to protest for having these people writing and disputing in the chat for more than 3 hours, because they have to respect our intimacy, when we are at home and not at work, but it all ended with my previous and only message. Seeing that helped me to let go of the situation.

@Leonie Osborne yes, I have to say that I was shocked when I saw how that person tried to manipulate the situation, but another guy wrote me and said that they tend to invent things to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. Sticking to my values helped me. And yesterday I went to bed early and I had a good sleep!

A day of pure Magic
📅 Daily Check-in - May 25, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Days are running very quickly. Yesterday, I almost didn't have any time to rest, my Feng Shui teacher is making me taste all kids of Eastern foods and teaching me new things, in the evening I met a friend who came from Singapore just to meet me in person from the 1st time and we filmed a testimonial, I went back to the hotel late and reset my room's Feng Shui. Today, I received my last Nei Gong and Chinese Medicine treatment and my situation absolutely improved, then we had a planned tour to see Hindu Temples, feed the monkeys and the eagles on a boat trip. A dream that I had last December and that led me to accept the invitation to come here came true today - pure magic. There are no words that can describe the Blessings that life is bringing me and I can only be so grateful! The last day of the trip
📅 Daily Check-in - May 29, 2026 💭 Reflection: "Today was my last day of the study trip in Malaysia. I went to a beautiful bird park with another Italian friend, where we had an amazing time feeding the parrots. I then went to greet my Feng Shui teacher and to have a short dinner with the Italian group, since I'll be the 1st to leave. The trip was definitely one of the best I ever had in my whole life. The connection with the local Friends, the beautiful places I saw, the food, the culture, religions living peacefully together.. Everything. I'm also glad to go back home and restart my daily life, definitely in a new way.
