My name is Margherita, Daisy on socials and like. I'm 50yo, from Salerno, in the south of Italy and I work as a researcher in the field of Bioinformatics and Genomics, that means I have some experience in data analysis, programming, and trying to figure out some useful information on genetic diseases out of that. You can ask me questions about: Frankly, I am quite struggling and not feeling so helpful at the moment...of course I can answer on what I do but it is a bit difficult to define something in a few words. Maybe later on I will come up with something better and give back what I find out on the way I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: I'm not sure what to expect, I'm looking for tools and answers and tricks on how get stuff done. I've been received some (late) diagnosis and at the very beginning of a journey to understand myself, nuilding my path in it For fun, I like to: - cook...I'm not an expert (and as Italian have a bit of advantage), but I enjoy add my bit to the recipes I find out and improvising while I cook...often with good results - dance - walk in the nature - spend quality time with partner and friends (and my cats)

@Deb Brouwer The AI we have access to is already set with a certain amount of activities and the emojis and I just have to add or remove the ones corresponding with the actual things I did or didn't the day before (I should do it in the morning, to check my status after a night of sleep, but I can also do it in another moment of the day, or even twice, to check how my energy and mood change during the day and try to understand which activities help or create issues).

What I can tell you is that I used to watch the replays at 2x, which helped me to stay more focused and use less time. As far as I know, the recordings (and exercises, I presume) should be available until the 15th of March.
