Day 4 ✅ Done!
📊 My lowest Harmony dimension: trust in the fact that I can choose correctly what I can dedicate myself to that would give me satisfaction and success and actively and consistently do it. 🌙 Wind-down pattern I noticed: I didn't stop using mobile or laptop for 1 whole hour before going to bed... But I always used the blue blocker glasses that I bought for this reason. 🌅 Morning pattern I noticed: I noticed that I didn't need the mobile and felt calmer and maybe even more focused. 🔁 I decided to (not) close my open loop: because I hadn't finished to write the post I wanted to use as well as I wanted to write it. 💭 And it made me feel: still doubtful about the content, let's say how much and what to reveal, so a bit physically tense or uneasy. 🤯 What surprised me: I definitely don't need to look at the mobile to "fill me with something" and it's really true that we use it to get quick dopamine..! 😕

Introduction
Hi, my name is Dario, I’m from Italy (Bologna), and I work as a physiotherapist. I have experience with the physical body (movement and pain), the nervous system, the connection between our psyche and our health, some energy psychology and energy healing techniques, the connection between our family and our personal history and Chinese Metaphysics (Astrology, Feng Shui). You can ask me questions about: 1. Italy and Italian language 😉 2. All the things I've been studying and doing for work and fun 3. Maybe, you can have an intuition on what else to ask me and you'll be right - who knows? I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Maybe, becoming more clear about the things that are real priorities 2. Learning how to focus and stay on track on what really matters at that given moment 3. Discharge what's not meaningful and dedicate/commit to what's really important For fun, I like to: 1. Stay in contact with Nature and observe it (the animals, their behavior, etc.) 2. Trying to interpret the weird facts that happen around me from time to time 3. I've recently had a dream where I saw a connection between a solid and some Chinese symbols, so I'm getting involved in the study of "Sacred Geometry" and currently connecting it with Chinese Metaphysics and creating my first paper models. I'd actually like to launch them as a study product but I have no idea of where to start.

@Clarine Powell Sure, I went to look for the book on my Kindle and it's "Sacred Geometry. The universal language of divine alignment." written by Gregory and Gail Hoag. But there are so many books in the market that you may also like!

Day 3 ✅ Done!
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "I'm a failure" (plus others, but this was the 1st one that came to my mind) 📍 Where it came from: not having realized my full potential, yet, and having adapted to a life I didn't really choose, surviving and not thriving. ✨ My new code: "When I'm really interested in something, I can put a lot of energy and effort and actually do good things". 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who has made the best possible use of his past and story to make his life a masterpiece and help other people to make their life a masterpiece, too" 💪 Debugging in progress...I'm going to use techniques to change the "negative programming" that I discovered through Day 3 deep questions with AI and this will completely change everything.
